Shenzhen, Guangdong China, June. 1, 2018.  Suntech Advanced Ceramics (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. today announced the acquisition of Honour Quality Ltd is complete.  HQL has officially become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suntech.

Over the last few months, Suntech and HQL, have been conducting a series of merger discussions.  We are glad to jointly announce that both companies have reached an agreement that HQL has become a fully-owned subsidiary of Suntech.  We strongly believe this merger will strengthen HQL’s production capacity and in the same time extend Suntech’s product portfolio by having the Tungsten Carbide material of products.

We want to assure you that our supply of products will not be affected by this merger in the short run.  You can send us orders as usual.  Over the long run, we seek to reduce cost and efficiency of production ultimately benefiting you as our customers.
